For more than 30 years, I’ve worked with manufacturers, service companies, and faith-based nonprofits navigating growth, complexity, and change. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, brand, and customer experience, where clarity either compounds or collapses.

Across that work, a consistent pattern has emerged. Organizations that grow intentionally are not the ones doing the most. They are the ones most aligned. I’ve helped organizations clarify positioning, recover stalled initiatives, guide expansion, and rebuild confidence when growth slowed. In every case, progress followed clarity rather than tactics.

Today, I work exclusively in leadership engagements, helping organizations restore coherence between what they intend to be and what the market actually experiences.
