Hi! I'm Ben.
I’m a strategic advisor and growth architect with more than 30 years of experience helping organizations—from $10M nonprofits to $6B global brands—cut through complexity and achieve measurable success.
As the founder of Be Great Strategies and former VP of Strategy at a leading branding firm, I’ve led transformational initiatives across industries, blending deep customer insight, bold positioning, and actionable strategy.
My specialty is unlocking untapped value through business strategy, brand alignment, and my proprietary Value Connection Framework.
I hold an MBA from Taylor University and live in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with my wife. Our son is currently studying at Purdue University. I’m an active member of Pathway Community Church, a hardcore foodie, and an unapologetic soccer fan.
