Executive marketing leadership for organizations seeking clarity as they grow.
Executive marketing leadership for organizations seeking clarity as they grow.

I help organizations grow by restoring clarity, alignment, and leadership at the marketing level. This work focuses on ensuring that strategy, brand, marketing, sales, and customer experience are aligned and moving in the same direction, rather than adding more activity without clear ownership.
Ongoing leadership partnership
I step into the role of fractional Chief Marketing Officer (Or Marketing Leader), partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team. In this role, I am responsible for the health and performance of the entire marketing system, including:
Clarify direction
Align brand, marketing, sales, and experience
Govern execution across teams and agencies
Replace noise with focus
This is an ongoing leadership engagement designed to provide accountability and direction, not a project-based assignment.
TThis work is best suited for organizations that are growth-minded, operationally capable, and willing to lead rather than simply execute. It is particularly effective for manufacturers, service companies, and faith-based nonprofits navigating increased complexity.
Clients typically experience clearer focus, stronger alignment, fewer wasted initiatives, and marketing that meaningfully informs leadership decisions. The result is not louder marketing, but more intentional and sustainable growth.
Some organizations need clarity before committing to ongoing leadership. In those cases, there are two additional engagement options.
Focused clarity when direction is unclear.
These engagements are designed for organizations that need to diagnose misalignment, clarify value, positioning, and priorities, and establish a clear path forward that leadership can act on with confidence. They are typically project-based or short-term engagements.
Perspective at the leadership level.
This work provides CEOs and leadership teams with a strategic sounding board, support in pressure-testing decisions, and outside perspective grounded in market reality. The focus is on improving judgment and decision quality rather than producing deliverables.
If your organization feels capable but scattered, the next step is a conversation to determine whether leadership-level support is the right fit.
